If you've contacted us and we've instructed you to send us hardware for inspection, repair, replacement, or refund, this is what you want to 'buy now' and complete the transaction with. By doing this, you will effectively set up an RMA and allow us to make sure you don't get lost in the shuffle. Please include the correct shipping address for sending the items back to you.

All we ask is that you cover the shipment of your items back to us. We will cover Ground shipment of the repair/replacement back to you at no charge.

PLEASE use this option if you want to get your stuff back. Once you go through the order process for this item, you'll be given an option to print out the invoice / order sheet. Please do that, and include it with your shipment.

Also, if you want to get something else while you're at it and have it shipped back with your repaired/replaced product, just add those items to your cart.

PLEASE add comments to this order to instruct me on how you want your issue handled, and add any tracking information for the package once it is sent to us.

If you do order additional items, then you can select any payment method you like and those items will be shipped back with your repaired/replaced item.

When I first received the demon ll I thought to do a firmware update was necessary however that is not the case!! Do not update the firmware on it as it comes with the latest version installed and is the ONLY version. I actually had bricked the demon chip but good on the first day of receiving it by doing so. Luckily there support is greatly appreciated and is very good! Thank you for being able to fix the issue. Very good company! A++

Hello , The hardware (AutoProm 'APU1' package: USB version) that I received correctly I looked at the content that was correct. Following this, I dismounted the ECM (# 1225550) from my car (Chevrolet Corvette Crossfire C3 5.7L year 1982) so I removed the eprom from the ECM, Autoprom has my ECM, the problem is that my ECM eprom is a 24 pins model, or the tablecloth provided in the 28-pin material. I am connected with Mr. Dave Blundell by mails for explanations, I was asked for information from my ECM that is: Mr P TROlé : Hello thank you for your answer, could you tell me what type eprom occupies my ECM n ° 1225550, on the eprom there is the following information: 5343 ARY_delco 519 K8202_1185 06630_CK1911 Mr Dave Blundell 1225550 is 82 Corvette ECM? If so, I don't think this is supported by our hardware. It is an odd chip. Mr P TROlé Wow !! Let me start by saying the customer service offered by Moates is second to none. This company fixed an issue with my Demon board that was not due to faulty equipment, just a victim of time. My return process started with a simple email to Dave B. I described the issue I was having with my Demon RTP and asked for suggestions on how to fix the problem. Within a few minutes I received an answer, and a recommendation on how to handle my situation. Dave attached a link that directed me to Moates RMA service which gave basic instructions on how to send my Demon RTP back for evaluation. Five business days later I received an email with a tracking number for replacement products. Few companies stand by their products now-a-days; Moates is one of a handful THAT DOES. I was already a fan of their products from the beginning. Their service, quality, and attention to detail makes me customer for life. Thanks again!

Legendary service!! Sent in a defective demon that kept getting a solid check engine light. Got the new one within a week and it worked perfectly! Best customer service!
