This is JUST the Roadrunner 16-Bit Emulator, installation header, internal standoffs, and USB cable. Weatherproofing not included. If you're dead-set on installing it in your own PCM, then this is what you want. Be sure you can handle desoldering a PSOP44 flash chip and soldering down a 44-pin installation header. You may need to cut and seal a hole in the case of the PCM depending on your application.
Note: this item is intended for permanent installation in ONE ECM. It is not designed to be transported from computer to computer and is guaranteed to fail if used in this manner. Warranty replacements on this item may be limited if we determine the item was not used in the manner intended.
